Main Description

Once the Service Level Agreements have been validated by all stakeholders, the version of the Service Level Agreement, Organization Level Agreement and Supplier Service Level Agreements must be must be finalized, baselined and published.

Once published, any subsequent amendments to the Service Level Agreements must be managed via the change management process.
